The Sprint Beginner program is ideal for the beginner triathlete who wants to cover all the bases from swim, bike, run and some strength work. It’s a well balanced program with 4 to 8 hours of training per week, not taking too much time out of your busy schedule but ensuring that you will be ready come race day.

The program consists of:

2 x swim sessions

2 x bike sessions

2 x run sessions

2 x YouTube strength sessions per week hosted by a Team PEaK coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach from ECFit Boulder, Coach Erin
